The third way to purchase our books is to download the Word file, complete it,
and email it to us. We will then send you an invoice which you can return with
your payment and then your books will be dispatched to you.
Please note that the shipping and handling rate within New Zealand is NZ$7.00
for the first 2 books plus NZ$2.00 per book thereafter. For international orders
please add NZ$15.00 for shipping and handling 2 books and NZ$25 for 3 books.
